SHIPPING POLICY
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed before 12:00 PM EST, Monday through Friday, will ship the same day. Shipping transit times do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or federal holidays.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email that includes your tracking number. If there is a significant delay in shipment, one of our team members will notify you via email.
CBD Me Please is not liable for any products lost or damaged during shipping. All orders are recorded for accuracy, quality assurance, and training purposes. If you receive a damaged order or believe there is an issue with your shipment, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim and notify our support team so we may assist you.
